On Stranger Tides

If you liked the other three movies of Pirates of the Caribbean, you will like the fourth one On Stranger Tides. The characters Jack Sparrow and Hector Barbosa are in it, plus the new characters Angelica and her dad Black Beard. Too, there's also deadly mermaids, King George and Jack's dad. There are also two ships, The Queen Anne's Revenge and the Black Pearl. The Queen Anne's Revenge belongs to Black Beard. They are on a quest to find the fountain of youth so that Black Beard can live longer. But first they have to go to White Capped Bay to get a mermaid's tear. When they find the fountain of youth, Black Beard meets Barbosa and gets stabbed. The fountain is the only hope for surviving the stab wound. Will Black Beard live? Watch the movie to find out!

The Hunger for the Games!

The Hunger Games is on of the best movies we have ever seen. My friend and I went to see the movie together and it was awesome. It's about 24 kids between the ages of 12-18. There is one girl and one boy from each district. They battle for their life and try to be the last one standing. You have to see the movie The Hunger Games and watch the shocking ending. Who will live? We give this movie 5 jelly beans!

The Unlovable Lorax

The Lorax is not as good as the book. In the Lorax, a boy (voiced by Zac Effron) goes looking for the ounce-ler hoping to win the affection of a girl (voiced by Taylor Swift). I do not recommend this movie because in my opinion the producers were trying a little too hard to make it funny. Also when I say “ it’s not as good as the book,” I mean is that it is hard to recreate the movie when there is song after song after song (too many songs!). I thought this movie would be as great as the book. If I new the movie would have been the way it was I would have just stayed home and and read the book again.

I give the book 5 jelly beans and the movie 2, but that's just my opinion.

Soul Surfer

Hi, Chinchilla here, and I recommend the movie Soul Surfer. This movie is about a girl who loses her arm in a shark attack, but finds a way to get back on the surfboard. It makes it even better that Bethany Hamilton, the girl in the movie, really had her arm bitten off by a shark so the movie is a true story. Soul Surfer is an inspiring story of a girl who never gives up and always keeps trying.

I give this movie five jelly beans!

Awesome Action and Adventure at the Earth's Center

Journey to the center of the earth (journey 2) is an adventurous movie where Sean gets a coded message (that his step father helps him read) from the mysterious island. Sean, his step father, the pilot, and the pilot’s daughter, go to the island where big animals become small, and small animals become big. The island is about to sink, will they survive or will they go down with the island? 

I recommend this movie because I never saw a movie with so much action.

I give it 5 jellybeans.
